Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage uses techniques that help treat musculoskeletal issues, Addressing scar tissue, postural deviations caused by muscular imbalance, and chronic pain.
Swedish massage
Long soothing strokes to relax the mind and body. Helps to calm the nervous system and relieve stress and tension by lowering cortisol and raising dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. Expect to fall asleep on the table.
sports massage
Designed to support athletic performance and help prevent injuries, Sports massage employs a variety of modalities such as deep-tissue, trigger point, cupping and stretching techniques to boost function in muscles and joints.
Thai Table massage
Combines stretching, body movement and deep compression to loosen muscles and release tension. It often integrates yoga and meditation.
Custom massage
We will work together to create a treatment plan specifically for you using a combination of the above modalities.
Salt Scrub 30 minuet add on
Full body salt scrub to exfoliate and moisturize with epsom salt, jojoba, coconut oil, rose hip oil and vitamin E. Customize with your favorite essential oil.

I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage.
*Allergy warning* This home studio is also home to dogs and cats. While they are not allowed in the treatment room and there is a hepa filter running at all times in the treatment room people with dog or cat allergies should be aware.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made
within 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee will be equal to the cost
of the scheduled services. In the case of an extreme emergency that falls within the 24 hour window prior to your
appointment, please contact me directly by txt and we can work something out together.
